English Refresher Course II (B2 / C1)

Zielgruppe/Voraussetzungen

This course is designed for participants who could possess about six years of school English, or equivalent experience.

Ziel

This course is a continuation of English Refresher Course I. The main focus will be on reactivating vocabulary and fluency as well as concentrating on the past tense. Participants can make themselves understood in everyday situations but feel they make a lot of mistakes and are unsure when they speak. English is the only language that will be spoken during the course.

Inhalte

Fokus on vocabulary
False friends (chef, boss, chief, etc.)
Simple past tense (did)
Present perfect tense (have done)
Present perfect continuous tense (have been doing)
Condition clauses ('if...' sentences)
